Kellton Tech Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2015 has allotted 25000 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 5 each under Employees Stock Option Plan, 2012 of the Company.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased from 4,34,42,432 equity shares to 4,34,67,432 equity shares.
