OM Metals Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 March 2015, have considered and approved the following business;
1. Appointment of Ranjana Jain as an Additional, Non - Executive, Independent, Woman Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Vikas Kothari, as an Additional, Executive Director designated as "Executive Director & President" for a period of 3 (Three) Years subject to the approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting.
3. Re-designation of Sunil Kothari, Whole Time Director of the Company to Joint Managing Director of the Company.
