1. Resignation of Rama Shankar Singh from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours on 31 March 2015, and;
2. Appointment of Nityangi Kejriwal in place of Rama Shankar Singh on the Board of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours on 31 March 2015.
