Money Masters Leasing & Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 March 2015, has transacted the following :
1. The Board has approved the resolution for increase in the authorised capital of the Company to Rs. 10 crore.
2. To make preferential allotment of upto 7% Redeemable 2,09,000 Preference Shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each at par.
3. The Board has approved adoption of Articles as per new Companies Act, 2013.
4. Members of the Company will consider to approve above resolutions by way of Postal Ballot.
5. Appointment of Tasneem Lakdawala was appointed as a CFO of the Company.
6. The Board reviewed the business operations of the Company.
