1. Taken record of approval Letter received from BSE on 02 February 2015 for migration of Company from SME Platform to Main Board of BSE w.e.f. 04 February 2015.

2. Board considered the terms of rent agreement and authorized Officers to enter into agreement for the office premises of the Company.

3. That a new Term Loan of Rs. 30 crore was sanctioned by SBI, Udaipur. The board approved the terms and conditions of such sanction and authorized officers for signing and certification of documents in this respect.
