Ashiana Housing announces stoppage of construction work on “Marine Plaza”

Ashiana Housing announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand has allowed our Civil Writ Petition No. 6138 of 2012, against the order of the Special Officer, Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee. The Special Officer, Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee vide its letter No. 1410, dated 21 September 2012, addressed to the Company, had asked it to stop construction work on its project namely “Marine Plaza” on plot of land bearing khata no. 622, plot no. 75, ward No. 1, in Sonari, Jamshedpur. And accordingly, Ashiana Housing had stopped construction on this project.
Marine Plaza project consists of hotel with 120 rooms and commercial shops on saleable area of 82,713 sq. ft. (approx.).
