Board of Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) approves change in FY
At meeting held on 31 October 2014
Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2014, has approved to change the financial year of the Company from 1st January-31st December every year to 1st April - 31st March every year in accordance with the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the Company will prepare the financials for 15 months from 01 January 2014 to 31 March 2015 and submit unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2014.
