2. Appointment of Vinai Kolli as Additional Director (Non- Executive & Non Independent) subject to completion of necessary formalities.

3. Appointment of Tushar Sighat as Additional Director and also as Wholetime director designated as Executive director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company subject to necessary statutory approvals.

4. Resignation of C. M. Gaonkar as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. However, Gaonkar will continue as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
