Indiabulls Power announced that upon exercise by certain eligible employees, of the stock options vested in them in terms of the ESOP - 2008 and receipt by the Company, of full consideration therefore, pursuant to such exercise, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on 09 June 2014, issued and allotted an aggregate of 2,03,400 Equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, to such employees.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 2642.72 divided into 264,27,29,953 Equity shares of face value Rs 10 each to Rs 2642.93 crore divided into 264,29,33,353 Equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
