Board of Jindal Worldwide recommends dividend
Of Re 0.50 per share
Jindal Worldwide announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has proposed the dividend @ 5 % i.e. 0.50 paise per share on Equity shares of the Company for the year ended on 31 March 2014 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
