Board of Anant Raj recommends dividend
Of Re 0.24
Anant Raj announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re 0.24 per share (i.e. 12% on Rs 2 fully paid up share) subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
