Board of Pokarna recommends dividend
Of Rs 2 per share
Pokarna announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2014, inter alia, has decided to recommend dividend of Rs 2 per share (face value of each share is Rs 10/-) for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, which is subject to the approval of shareholders in the annual general meeting.
