The aforesaid re-designation is subject to the approval, consents, permissions, sanctions and the like of the Members of the Company and all other concerned statutory and other authorities, if and to the extent applicable and required and without any other variation (except designation) in the terms and conditions as already approved by the shareholders of the Company at the 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 08 August 2013.
