Board of JK Lakshmi Cement recommends dividend
Of Rs 2 per share
JK Lakshmi Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended equity dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of Rs 5 each (40%), subject to necessary approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 05 September 2014 (AGM). The said dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM, will be credited / dispatched by 20 September 2014.
