Board of Vimta Labs recommends dividend
Of Rs 2 per share
Vimta Labs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 2 per face value of Rs 2 each share for the financial year 2013-14 subject to approval of the Bankers and Members in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
