Board of Poly Medicure recommends dividend
Of Rs 4 per share
Poly Medicure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2014, inter alia, has approved recommend a dividend @ Rs 4 per equity shares of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2013-14. The board has also approved the allotment of equity shares pursuant to Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2011.
