AI Champdany Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:
Taking into consideration of the provisions of the new Companies Act, 2013 in respect of uniform financial year the Board has decided not to extend the financial year 2013-14 for another period of three months as informed vide earlier letter dated 29 April 2014, So, the period for the financial year 2013-14 will remain the same, i.e. from 01 April 2013 to 31 March 2014.
It was also decided to publish audited financial result for the financial year 2013-14 within the time period of 60 days from the end of the financial year 2014 as required under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement instead of unaudited financial result for the last quarter as was informed in earlier letter dated 05 May 2014.
3Audited financial result for the year ended 31 March 2014 will be considered at the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 30 May 2014.
