Astec Lifesciences postpones board meeting
Scheduled to be held on 14 May 2014
Astec Lifesciences announced that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, meeting of Board of Directors scheduled to be held on 14 May 2014, inter alia to consider the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2014 and to recommend dividend, if any for the financial year 2013-2014 is postponed.
