Board of NOCIL recommends dividend
Of Re 0.60 per share
NOCIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ Re 0.60 per equity share of Rs. 10 each (6%) for the financial year 2013-14 subject to the approval of the same in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 30 June 2014.
