Ramky Infrastructure converts BSR & Co to partnership
Effective from 14 October 2013
The board of directors of Ramky Infrastructure in the meeting held on 14 November 2013 noted that pursuant to section 55 read with 2nd schedule of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, B S R & Co., Chartered Accountants, Joint Statutory Auditors which was a partnership firm has been converted into a Limited Liability Partnership with the name of B S R & Co.LLP effective 14 October 2013.
