Parsvnath Developers ceases to be subsidiary of Prasvanath Developers.
Parsvnath Developers announced that consequent to the disinvestment of equity shares by Parsvnath Developers, being its wholly-owned subsidiary, Parsvnath Retail has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company.
