Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co to raise funds
Through issue of securities
The board of Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co in its meeting on 01 November 2012 has approved the issuance of equity shares, fully convertible debentures, partly convertible debentures, non convertible debentures with warrants and any other securities, which are convertible into or exchangeable with equity shares, by way of a qualified institutions placement.
