Lesha Industries allots equity shares
On preferential allotment basis
The board of Lesha Industries in its meeting on 25 October 2012 has approved the allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 25 per share to non promoters and 7,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 25 per share to promoter group entity on preferential allotment basis.
