Further, one of the promoter holder of optionally convertible redeemable preference shares (OCRPS) has exercised the right of option of conversion of OCRPS into equity shares. Accordingly, the board at its meeting held on 05 October 2012 has allotted 15,42,400 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up on account of conversion of 15,42,400 OCRPS of Rs 10 each (i.e. the ratio of 1 equity share for every 1 OCRPS held).
