Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection to hold committee meeting
On 12 September 2012
The committee meeting of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection will be held on 12 September 2012 to consider and approve the allotment of 20,00,000 equity shares to Hem-Sil Trading & Manufacturing, one of the promoters of the company at a price of Rs 100 per equity share including a premium of Rs 90 per share, pursuant to a scheme of corporate debt restructuring (CDR) under the CDR framework of Reserve Bank of India and in accordance with the special resolution passed by the shareholders of the company by requisite majority by means of postal ballot.
