Aksh Optifibre allots equity shares
On conversion of FCCBs
The board of Aksh Optifibre in its meeting on 05 July 2012 has allotted 27,96,849 equity shares of Rs 5 each, pursuant to the conversion of FCCBs aggregating USD 1.205 million out of FCCBs aggregating to USD 1.205 million issued on 01 June 2012.
