Nelco appoints executive director and CEO

With effect from 13 June 2012

Nelco has announced that upon reaching the age of superannuation on 12 June 2012, K A Mahashur has ceased to be a director and executive director of the company at the close of business hours on 12 June 2012.

Further, the board of Nelco in its meeting on 11 June 2012 has appointed P J Nath as director and designated as executive director and chief executive officer of the company with effect from 13 June 2012.
