Pix Transmissions' board approves to sell its hose business division
The Board of Pix Transmissions in its meeting on 10 May 2012 has decided to sell, transfer or other wise dispose of its hose business division at a consideration not lower than its net assets value, to finance the fund requirements for further expansion and growth of the company and its long term working capital requirements.
