The board has decided to issue 2 fully paid-up equity share of Re 1 each of the company as bonus shares for every 1 equity share of Re 1 each fully paid up equity shares held by the shareholders.

Further, the board has decided to convene extra-ordinary general meeting on 01 April 2012.
