Reliance Chemotex Industries to allot preference shares
Of Rs 100 each at par
The board of Reliance Chemotex Industries at its meeting held on 06 August 2011 has approved to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 28.75 crores to Rs 38.75 crores by adding 10,00,000 preference shares of Rs 100 each and decided to allot 17,00,000 10% cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs 100 each at par to any person(s) as the board of directors deem fit.
