The board of Automotive Stampings and Assemblies in its meeting on 21 July 2011 has allotted 56,65,856 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
Pursuant to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 15,86,43,970 comprising of 1,58,64,397 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
