BGR Energy bags Thermal Powertech 2 x 660 MW contract
Worth Rs. 2,168 crore
BGR Energy Systems has been awarded the Balance of Plant (BOP) contract for 2 x 660 MW Supercritical Thermal Power Project by Thermal Powertech Corporation India, Hyderabad promoted by Gayathri Projects, Hyderabad and Semcorp, Singapore. The value of the contract is Rs. 2,168 crore. This is the 16th BOP / EPC contract that BGR Energy will be executing.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 25 October 2010.
