Further, the board has approved the inclusion of other available options for fund raising through preferential allotment / qualified institutional placement / convertible instruments including but not limited to compulsorily convertible debentures / compulsorily convertible preference shares / FCCBs / warrants or any other instruments convertible into equity shares, subject to approval of approval of shareholders.
