Anant Raj Industries acquires equity shares of Jubilant Software Service Pvt Ltd
Becomes the holding company
Anant Raj Industries has announced that the company has acquired 10,000 equity Shares (representing 100% of share capital) of Jubilant Software Service Pvt Ltd. Therefore, Jubilant Software Service Pvt Ltd has become wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The total cost including cost of equity shares is Rs 81.00 crore. Jubilant Software Service Pvt Ltd owns 15.58 Acres of land in Gurgaon, Haryana which is eligible for a Group Housing Project.
