Kiri Dyes and Chemicals recommends final diidend
Of Rs 1.50 per share
The board of Kiri Dyes and Chemicals in its meeting on 01 September 2010 has recommended final dividend at the rate of Rs. 1.50 per share for the year ended 31 March 2010.

The board has approved to increase the authorised share capital from Rs. 50 crore to Rs. 200 crore.

Further, the board has approved to issue redeemable preference shares, aggregating upto Rs. 150 crore, subject to approval of members.
