New Delhi Television's equity shareholders & creditors approves scheme of arrangement
On 12 July 2010
The equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors of New Delhi Television have approved the scheme of arrangement between NDTV Studios, NDTV India Plus, NDTV Business, New Delhi Television Media, NDTV Delhi, NDTV Hindu Media, NDTV News 24X7, NDTV News and New Delhi Television.
This was approved at the court convened meeting held on 12 July 2010.
