Aditya Birla Nuvo's equity shareholders approves scheme of amalgamation
On 19 December 2009
The equity shareholders of Aditya Birla Nuvo have approved the composite scheme of amalgamation between Aditya Birla Nuvo, Madura Garments Exports, MG Lifestyle Clothing Company, Peter England Fashions, Retail and their shareholders and creditors, with requisite majority on 19 December 2009.
This was approved at the equity shareholders meeting held on 19 December 2009.
