JBF Industries to raise funds
Through issue of securities
The board of JBF Industries has approved the proposal to raise funds upto Rs. 300 Crores through QIP / FCCB / any other securities placement with Indian / Foreign Investors as per SEBI Guidelines and to obtain shareholders approval for the same by holding Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 28 October 2009.
