Nova Petrochemicals to hold board meeting
On 26 October 2009
The board meeting of Nova Petrochemicals will be held on 26 October 2009 to transact the business of allotting shares to allottees whose name appear in the register of members of the Company on record date dated 22 October 2009 fixed for the purpose of allotment of one share of Rs 5/- (Rupees Five) each of the Company against one share of rupees ten each held in Nova Petrochemicals on the said record date pursuant to the scheme of arrangement in the nature of demerger of Nova Petrochemicals Company approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.
