Yash Papers appoints satutory auditors
Increase authorised share capital
The board of Yash Papers has apppointed Kapoor Tandon & Co., Kanpur as Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2009 - 2010 and increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from 30 crores divided into 26 crores in Equity Share Capital and 4 crores in Preferential Share Capital to 60 crores divided into 56 crore in Equity Share Capital and 4 crores in Preferential Share Capital.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 29 July 2009.
