The company has also approved for the allotment of 50 equity shares against detachable warrants (warrants) and 50 bonus shares against zero interest secured fully convertible debentures and detachable warrants.
Further the company has approved for the allotment of 35 equity shares against right shares issued in 2006-07 which were kept in abeyance.
