The board has appointed Vipul H Raja as chairman (non executive) with effect from 24 July 2009. Nandit V Raja who is presently Executive director has been appointed as managing director (executive) and chief executive officer with effect from 24 July 2009.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 24 July 2009.
