GS Auto International to issue & allot equity shares
To convert all warrants into equity shares
The board of GS Auto International has decided to convert all the 2300000 warrants already issued at Rs 20 per warrant, to be converted into equal number of equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each into 4600000 equity shares of the company, of the face value of Rs 5 and further to issue & allot 4600000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 5 to the investors.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 30 June 2009.
