The board has appointed Jean de Montlaur as the managing director and president of the company in place of Rustin Murdock. He will be the chairman to the board till the new independent director is appointed.

Rustin Murdock will continue as the whole time director & CFO of the company.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 27 March 2009.
