Hindustan Oil Exploration enters into loan agreement with Eni Coordination Centre
For various development activities
Hindustan Oil Exploration Company has entered into a loan agreement with Eni Coordination Centre, S.A., Brussels for availing a US$ denominated term loan by way of external commercial borrowing amounting to US$ 125 million to part finance the various development activities of the company including PY-1 field. The Eni Coordination Centre, based in Brusselsand, is an operational finance centre focused on meeting the financial requirements of foreign-based companies.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 24 February 2009.
