Morarjee Textiles' board approves rights issue
On 23 February 2009
The board of Morarjee Textiles has approved the proposal to raise funds through issue of equity shares to existing shareholders on rights basis at a ratio of 1 equity share for every 1 equity share of Rs 10 each held.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 23 February 2009.
