Nelcast enters into MOU with Pritika Group of Companies
For acquiring 51% stake
Nelcast has entered into a MOU with Pritika Group of Companies based at Himachal Pradesh & Punjab for acquiring 51% stake in their companies.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 15 September 2008.
