Mysore Cements' director resigns
From the board
The board of Mysore Cements has accepted the resignation of Sidharth Birla from the position of director of the company, consequent to the termination of the shareholder's agreement dated 18 July 2006, entered into between Indian joint venture partners represented by Birla Eastern and Heidelberg Cement group of Germany represented by Cementrum I BV.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 24 July 2008.
