India Glycols appoints chairman, MD, executive & additional director

On the board

The board of India Glycols has appointed U S Bhartia as chairman and managing director.

Further, the board has appointed M K Rao as executive director of the company with effect from 01 May 2008 & N Ramachandran as additional director of the company.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 30 April 2008.
