The members have accorded to extend the authorised share capital of the company upto limit of Rs 15 crore.

Further, the members have appointed Vinubhai Kanani as an executive director of the company with effect from 01 January 2008.

This was accorded at the extraordinary general meeting held on 15 March 2008.
